UK Standard Delivery: FREE for all greeting card orders (approx 2-5 working days) Sent via royal mail 2nd class post.
We kindly ask you to be patient and if your parcel is delayed your order can be resent after a period of 2 weeks. Please contact us at info@katieleamon.com to arrange.
UK Express Delivery: From £4.50 tracked APC overnight courier service. Orders will be dispatched by the next working day, and arrive within 24h following that, Mon – Fri. FREE couriered delivery on all orders over £50 within mainland UK.
International Shipping:
Europe
Standard – From £9.95. Please allow up to 3 weeks for standard shipping.
Tracked – £17.95 Approximately 2-10 days – Please note that since Brexit we are still experiencing some delays in European customs.
All Other Countries
Tracked – From £29.95 Approximately 2-14 days depending on the location. For more information please get in touch with the studio.
How long will my order take?
Please see our updated delivery timings above. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of being received. We dispatch orders on weekdays only.
If you suspect a lost delivery please email info@katie-leamon.local quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away. However it is only possible for us to track courier deliveries.

Delivered when I wasn’t home?
Most of our orders will fit though your letter box and our standard free delivery does not require a signature. If you are out and your order is bigger than your post box Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address or select our courier tracked service.
If you select our courier tracked service, it is sent via APC and you will receive a card or email with instruction on how to arrange a redelivery. However, please try and ensure when you place your order that you will be in to receive it within the allocated timing following your dispatch email. For more specific instructions please refer to your email directly from the courier.
International delivery?
Our standard international shipping service uses Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, Please note this is not a trackable service.
Standard deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Our tracked service uses one of our trusted courier companies dependent on the country. Please refer to the shipping times for your region above. It is fully trackable service that should take up to 8 days depending on where you are – please look at our delivery info above. We recommend using couriered service for all overseas orders.
