Where is my order?
If you selected Free Standard shipping your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class untracked. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived after 2 weeks then please get in touch. It is only then that we can consider it lost and arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order was sent via Tracked Shipping your order will be sent with APC overnight. You will receive an email with your tracking details on your confirmation email, your order can also be tracked here. As standard, all orders are sent out the next working day for next day delivery. Please try and ensure you are in to receive collection. If you miss your delivery, you should receive an email from APC directly to arrange a redelivery. If not, you can do so here. Further details regarding your local depot can be found on your email from APC directly should you need them. If you continue to experience issues please let us know.
For international orders there are some delays due to customs across Europe at the moment and we highly recommend using our tracked service. Please be patient and only get in touch after the anticipated delivery window. Your tracking details can be found on your email, or please get in touch to identify your specific tracking information if you are missing it.
I've subscribed to POST, when will I receive it?
POST Subscriptions are all sent out during the first week of the month despite when you subscribed. For example, subscriptions placed on the 1st of the month and the 31st of the month will be sent out the first week of the following month. They are sent out via our standard free shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class).
Your payments will reoccur on the same day you initially subscribed every month until your subscription ends or is cancelled.
There is an issue with my order?
We always ensure your orders are packaged with great care and attention and leave our studio in perfect condition as they are packed up our small family team. However, if there is anything we missed or there is any damage to your items please do let us know and we will rectify it as soon as possible. For missing items please call the studio directly, or for any damages please send photographs and we can raise the issue with our courier and replace your items.
I need to change something with my order?
If you have entered the incorrect details for an order or missed something please let us know. We tend to send orders out the next working day so please let us know as soon as you can. You can call the studio directly on +44 (0)7539 050 330 or email info@katieleamon.com
How do I cancel my order?
You can log into your account and cancel your order if it is still in the processing stage. If not please call the studio and we will try and intercept before it has been dispatched. Please note we aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.
