Brush Pens

The Tombow Dual Brush Pen - also known as the Tombow ABT - is the brush pen most calligraphers start with, and many never put down. Each dual tip brush pen has two ends: a flexible brush tip for brush lettering and modern calligraphy, and a fine bullet tip for detail, outlines and everyday writing. The water-based ink can be blended with water for soft, watercolour-style effects.

Choosing your colours

Our Tombow dual brush pens come in soft, considered shades - coral, peach, mint, sea green, grey and dark olive among them - so a few together make a lovely set for lettering, journalling or card-making. Pair them with one of our lay-flat notebooks, which open flat and stay put while you practise.
