This Christmas, we wanted to share with you, our 5 must haves for a successful, satisfying wrapping experience.
Everyone has their own unique style, everyone picks their colour theme, but if you don’t have the right tools for the job, the whole experience can be ruined!
For me, almost every year is the same, so it's become a little tradition now, and a slice of time just for me. It’s all about setting the scene… I wait until I have lots to wrap and set aside a whole evening (quite often Christmas Eve!), I'll make myself a glass of mulled wine and I stick on a Christmas Film. (Particular favourites include The Holiday, Arthur Christmas and Love Actually!)
A good, solid Tape Dispenser
There is nothing worse than sitting down to wrap and not having a good tape dispenser, its so frustrating and can seriously disrupt your flow… be sure to avoid this with our first class solid tape dispensers which I now have in every colour, to make sure I never have to search for the end of the roll again!
Sustainably made Gift Wrap Sheets
While Christmas time is notoriously associated with wrap on a roll, I still prefer sheets. It saves any cutting down to size and keeps your wrapping station tidy. Our gift wrap is all fully sustainable and 100% recyclable. If you can do one this this year, its avoid the glitter, foiled and plastic coated wraps that can’t be recycled!
Sharp Scissors
Never blame your tools again, with our super sharp paper scissors. They glide through paper and ribbons and are unbeatable in terms of style and substance. They are weighty but not too heavy, strong but still sleek and super sharp. I also love a smaller pair for the ribbons and fiddly little bits so often involved in wrapping, for those, I recommend the smaller Eiffel Tower scissors, they are super sharp and precise.
Washi Tape
