Heirloom... The Dream Collaboration

As independent, British, female founded brands, we both have a lot in common and both believe this collection delivers a timeless collection of stationery you can treasure. We used six of Lily and Lionel's iconic prints, incorporated intricate details such as our scallop edge that both brands are known for, and sourced everything sustainably, an issue close to the heart of both myself and Alice. Lily and Lionel have recently launched some wash bags in line in their heritage prints that can be found here, along with all their beautiful clothing and accessories. The Heirloom collection is something both Alice and I have poured our hearts into, despite doing so during a pandemic and we are both so proud to share it with you. Katie xx

Alice, the founder and creative director at Lily and Lionel, and I first met over 10 years ago, all fresh faced in business and starting to mould our creative identity and establish our brands. We both felt like the day would come that we could finally collaborate and finally, the time felt right...

Introducing Heirloom; Lily and Lionel for Katie Leamon. A collection of timeless British stationery made with love, in the UK.

Lily and Lionel are a British print house, creating timeless womenswear collections from their London studio.

Alice has always wanted to create a collection of Stationery using their iconic prints. Her grandmother Lily, who the brand is named after, had the most beautiful handwriting and was a huge advocate of the art of letter writing, keeping up correspondences to her family in America and South Africa throughout her life. It is these sentimental British traditions such as sending letters to loved ones and keeping journals that are important to Alice and why she wanted to see these iconic prints translate into paper.

For both Alice and I, the collection had to encompass that warmth and sentiment found in the exchange of a hand written card; That joyous moment when you see a gift wrapped so beautifully you don't want to touch it, yet can't keep your hands from it; That feeling of starting a new notebook so pretty you don't dare make a mistake.... we appreciate these moments, we feel these moments, and we wanted to bring them to you in the form of a beautiful collection of stationery.
